A New Space...

Ask any farmer who has ever waited to harvest a crop and he will tell you about that particular combination of patience and effort that is required for reaping what has been sown.

For many months now we, too, have been working and waiting for the completion of our new kitchen at The Loft Restaurant. Our expansion is nearly complete, and we are excited to be cooking out of a kitchen that has tripled the size of our former space!
